Can I pick which socks I receive?
That wouldn’t be fun, would it? We prefer to surprise and delight our customers! Our team of expert’s hand pick their favorites to send each and every month.
What type of socks will I receive?
You’ll receive a combination of new releases, seasonal selections and best sellers.
This subscription is a gift, can I add a personal message?
We do not include notes in our subscriptions. As an alternative, we provide a membership certificate you can send to the recipient before they receive their subscription.
Can I change my shipping address during the subscription?
Yes! Simply log into the subscription portal (made available to you after you purchase) or contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll change it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Our sock of the month subscription is only available in North America (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico).
When will my order ship?
Your order ships within 1-2 business days after purchase. Your order will be processed around the same day for each month of your subscription.
