Your Total Satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 90-days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item(s) must be unused with labels and packaging intact.
Only purchases made from yo-sox.com are eligible for return. If you’ve purchased your Yo Sox products from other retailers, please contact them for any returns or exchanges.
Any shipping charges associated with returned products are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Yo Sox. All refunds for items returned to Yo Sox offices will be processed upon receipt of the product to our offices. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during return shipping.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact us and state your order number, which items you wish to return and the reason for the return (we welcome any feedback to make our products better). We will then contact your with the proper instructions. If you do not contact us before return the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged items, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your wish.
